Our portfolio of wardrobe essentials (shoes, purses, belts, etc.) are constructed for quality durability, craftsmanship, not brand status. If you are looking for a purse, shoe or accessory that will make you feel “Rich”, we are not the company for you. We want you to feel “SMART”. Your personal “Brand” should be defined by your keen financial decision making with Essential Fashions.

Privacy and Policy Statement - Essential Fashions takes seriously the protection and proper use of your personal information, and most importantly… your financial information. Essential Fashions, does not share customer information (including email addresses) outside the Essential Fashions family of companies unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from Essential Fashions.

We absolutely will not allow or share your information with third-party companies for the purposes of providing you with products or services that are not featured on our website.

Purchase Procedures - You may enjoy shopping with us by using Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover on our secured website. Also, in some cases you make a purchase using the “Square” feature. To make a payment using the Square feature, you must contact our office at (310.259.0746), and ask to speak with our Customer Service Manager.

Make a pre-tax purchase of $125, and we will include a FREE gift card to one of your favorite eateries. The gift cards are valued at $10 - $25, and are chosen randomly. We will make the  selection, so you will be surprised as to where you may find yourself having lunch or dinner one day …. on us!. (Gift Cards are not limited to the restaurants noted below…there are others as well.)

Your gift card will be included in your delivery, packaged in a purple envelope with a label that reads “Thank You!”

!!  Unique Sizing - When a product has this symbol next to it, (our pink butterfly) this is to indicate that the sizing is unique.  Here we will suggest that you order an alternate size for a custom fit.  For instance, some shoes are constructed narrowly.  In this instance you would see (our pink butterfly)  next to it,  and a note of suggestion to order a size smaller or larger.

FREE!! Shoe Augmentation / Adjustment

When your shoe arrives, should it not fit properly, please email immediately at customerservice@essentialfashions.netWe have entered into an agreement with one of Los Angeles' premier shoe repair company.  They have the talent to adjust or augment the shoe to your liking, and it will be done for FREE!  Please keep in mind that once the shoe has been adjusted, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and Delivery   

Once we receive your order, we will ship your product to you the very next business day. We have signed with UPS so that we may offer you expedient delivery service to either to your home or office.

Returns and Refunds Policy - Returns for a full refund are monitored.  Essential Fashion permits 3 returns per year per customer. After your third return for refund, we will happily receive your order, however you will only be able to make a purchases, until a 12-month calendar year has passed.  In addition, Essential Fashion applies/deducts a 12% restocking fee from your purchase, should your desire request a full  refund only, and not for an exchange.Your refund will be provided in the manner in which your purchase was processed (U.S Currency, Debit Cards,Credit Cards).  Please return your product using ground transportation, or the most expedient level of shipping to reach our office before the return expiration date, that you will be given when you contact our customer service manager. Every customer has 14 business days from our shipping date to returned an item, in order to be eligible for a refund All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, in resalable condition, and with all original tags, contents and packaging.  However, in consideration that all matters are important and should be considered, there are instances when we will reimburse you for the shipping to return an item. We will reimburse only ground transportation fees. We will only make one return or exchange per item. 

Exchange Policy - After the 14-day return/refund window has expired, you may exchange the item for another item of the same dollar value. No refund in any manner will occur after the 14-day return/refund shipment period has passed. All items returned for exchange are exchanged only once.  The “returned” item / product must be in new condition, in resalable condition, unused/unworn, and with all original tags, contents and packaging. The customer must mail the item back to our home office at their cost. However, in consideration that all matters are important and should be considered, there are instances when we will reimburse you for the shipping to return an item. Please return your product using ground transportation. Our home office location is 335 E Albertoni St., #200-435, Carson, CA 90746. 

 Process of Returns and Exchanges -  Simply send an email to customerservice@essentialfashions.net, Subject: Product Return/Exchange Request. Please include the following: (1) Your Name, (2) Your complete shipping address, (3) A contact number (4) Your order number, (5) And the reason you wish to return your product.  Our Customer Service Manager will contact you within 48 hours to begin a rapid return process.

Price Matching - Essential Fashions does not price match.  You will find that our prices are by far a better buy than most retailers.
